From quaint small Villages to impressive Country Clubs, we visit six diverse communities showing you a representation of the lifestyles that Florida Active Adult Communities have to offer. Which locations does the tour cover? Our tour will introduce you to many Active Adult Community locations in Central Florida, including Lake Wales, Winter Haven, Leesburg, Hernando, Ocala and more. What types of homes will we see on the tour? Our premier Active Adult Communities in Florida feature villas, town homes and single-family homes. They do not include mobile homes, manufactured homes, assisted living facilities or time-shares. What is the price range? Starting from mid 100's and up. What is the cost of the tour? The cost of the tour includes two day transportation via luxury Motor Coach, breakfast, lunch both days and a cocktail reception . You will enjoy an informative Active Adult Communities presentation and we will provide you with welcome gifts, a designer Follow The Sun Tote bag that you can use to hold all your brochures and information. Enjoy access to our friendly knowledgeable staff that will be traveling with you on both days. All for only $98.00 per person. Where does the tour originate? We meet at the Holiday Inn Express Lake Buena Vista in Orlando, Florida. It is located 20 minutes SW of The Orlando International Airport. Our Private motor coach will depart from and return to the Holiday Inn Express on both days. How many guests on the tour? We travel as a small group. On average we travel with between 9 to 14 guests. We want to be sure you get the attention you deserve. Our guests enjoy a casual, fun and friendly atmosphere. Who knows... you might meet your future neighbors. What are the benefits of the tour?
