| 7:30 a.m. | Meet your Follow the Sun Tour host in the lobby of the designated hotel. | ||||||||||||||||||
| 8:00 a.m. | Enjoy a welcome orientation breakfast. Mingle and mix with other tour guests. | ||||||||||||||||||
| 9:00 a.m. | Board an air-conditioned motor coach. Relax and begin your morning drive through Central Florida’s diverse and scenic countryside. Our staff will provide information to familiarize you with the communities on the tour. | ||||||||||||||||||
| 10:00 a.m. | Upon arrival at the first stop, you will be greeted by a community professional and taken on a private tour. You will have the opportunity to tour the town square community—a brand new concept modeled after the small town lifestyle. Amenities include coffee shops, a theatre, resort-style swimming pools, spa services and a wide variety of homes. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Noon | During the ride to the next location, relax as you become acquainted with surrounding towns and villages, viewing firsthand the advantages of Florida lifestyles. Lunch will be served by your next community. Here you will witness Florida’s true country club lifestyle, featuring impressive golf courses and unique architectural designs. | ||||||||||||||||||
| 3:30 p.m. | Your third community will introduce you to a social hub for entertainment, shopping, art, dining and culture. You will experience a beautiful, state of the art design center during the tour sure to impress you. | ||||||||||||||||||
| 6:30 p.m. | Arrive back at the hotel, where you may explore the area at your leisure. | ||||||||||||||||||

| 7:30 a.m. | Meet in the lobby of our designated hotel. | ||||||||||||||||||
| 7:45 a.m. | Board your motor coach and become reacquainted with your hosts and traveling companions. While traveling to the day’s first destination, you will view firsthand the differences between country, suburban and urban living. | ||||||||||||||||||
| 9:30 a.m. | You will arrive at a premier resort-style active adult community. Here you may view more than 12 model homes and a hands-on design center. This resort-style community also offers easy access to beaches and major cities. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Noon | Your next stop will include lunch at a conveniently located community offering more fun under the sun, spectacular clubhouses and 200 active social clubs. A representative will provide a complete tour of this vibrant community. | ||||||||||||||||||
| 3:30 p.m. | Our final stop for the day introduces the most innovative active adult community concept: a quaint village with everything at its doorstep. This is truly a must-see! After a private tour, we will wind down with a sunset cocktail at the village center, giving everyone a chance to reflect on their entire experience. | ||||||||||||||||||
